John Hagel III, currently the founder of Beyond Our Edge, LLC, has more than 40 years’ experience as a management consultant, author, speaker and entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley but with a global range of activities. He is the founder of two Silicon Valley startups and was senior vice president of strategy at Atari, Inc. He spent 16 years as a partner at McKinsey & Company where he was the founder of their E-Commerce Practice and spent 13 years as a partner at Deloitte, where he was the founder and leader of the Center for the Edge, a global research center. In addition, he has published 8 books, including his latest, The Journey Beyond Fear.
